满意：希望多加点班，在厂上班，如果没有加班，就挣不到钱，现在的状态还不错。补贴，奖金，节假日福利，很齐全还有生日礼物，女职工的福利待遇在这块算是最好的了。工厂配有医务室，小点的感冒发烧去拿点药就可以了，
不满意：工作环境有进一步的改善会完美了。

不满意：领导层裙带关系严重，请求朋友都几乎不用干活整天到处溜达，找各种理由偷懒，根本不能为公司带来任何利益！
