满意：管的不是很严，其他地方还算满意！奖金还好，旅游没有了，其他都说的过去！不是很累，能接受，每年都加产量，就是工资加的太少，产量太多了！
不满意：以前福利还好，现在福利越来越少，生活越来越差，日常生活也不怎么样了！伙食一般，凑合，每天简单吃一点，大锅饭就那样了，也好不到哪里去，不饿肚子就行了，也有花钱的特色菜，做的也不怎么样，没有几个人去吃！
满意：8小时的工作时间不错，福利还好点 ，还有一点上班时间可以带手机。只有中秋节有过节费，春节有100元购物卡，有十三薪。每年有三种常规工衣，春秋一种，夏季一种，冬季一种，每种每年发两套，特殊岗位还有其他衣服。
不满意：淡季长，动不动就欠班，上班环境热。
