Enraytek Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2010 in Shanghai Lingang Industrial Area, it is a high-tech Chinese-Foreign Joint Venture engaged in LED and related supply chain design, development, and manufacturing. As a leading company undertaking the Shanghai Optoelectronic Industry Development Program, Enraytek wins the full support from Shanghai Municipal Government. For two years in a row, our company was on the list of “Shanghai major construction projects” in 2011 and 2012. In July 2010, Enraytek built a national LED industrialization demonstration base together with Shanghai Lingang Group in Lingang Industrial Area. The total investment of Enraytek is more than 2.7 billion RMB.<br/><br/> Our products are mainlyepitaxial wafers and various types of large, medium and small-power chips using for high-brightness LED lighting technology. Vertical structure chip and flip chip are our most distinctive and competitive products.Members of Enraytek’s core team are mainly from the United States and Greater China region (including mainland China and Taiwan), all are elites specialized in LED and semiconductor R&D and manufacturing.
